3143 N. Southport is a historic front and back four-unit building located along the heart of the Southport corridor in Lakeview. Lakeview is one of the most sought neighborhoods due to its gorgeous stretch of Lake Michigan shoreline, historic architecture and local restaurants and bars.

The property was renovated in 2018 with all units featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, in-unit washer dryer, and some with central heat and AC. The rear units feature private balconies, there are two parking spaces, and a nice courtyard in the rear for residents to enjoy. Just walk down the street to enjoy all the Southport corridor has to offer.

Lakeview is comprised of smaller neighborhood enclaves: Sheridan Station Corridor, North Halsted, Southport Corridor, Wrigleyville, and Wrigley Plaza. Money Magazine named Lakeview as number 3 of its top 10 Big-city neighborhoods for its selection of Best Places to Live. Enjoying a Cubs game followed by a lively night out in Wrigleyville (20 min walk) is an experience second to none.

The Belmont Theater District adds to Lakeview’s resume as a major entertainment hub by performing a wide range of shows, from musicals to comedies and everything in between. Residents often take advantage of the close proximity to the Lakefront Trail to walk and sight see. Lakeview always has some event to partake in and is a great environment for both families and young professionals. The CTA Brown line is a 6 minute walk from the property.
